Non-Planned Absence

Timeline:

  1. If clinicians need to cancel last minute - tell Reception Team ASAP so that they can help communicate with the clients for rescheduling of makeup sessions.

  2. Reception will provide your available times on SimplePractice, so make sure your availabilities are updated and accurate.

  3. If a makeup is scheduled, Reception will notify the clinician.

Reception Texts the Client:

Hello, we wanted to notify you that Ms. Loopy will not be able to come in today. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know as soon as possible whether you would like:

1. Schedule makeup sessions with Ms. Loopy
2. Receive services with another clinician
