The Reception will notify the clinician of a new evaluation and send a New Client Checklist through Google Chat space under [Your Name Updates] - if not sent prior to evaluation date, kindly ask Reception Team
Review New Client Checklist to check:
- pre-authorization requirements
- Insurance copay & number of sessionsReception will share the SimplePractice profile and send all the appropriate forms.
Clinician checks the profile to monitor whether intake forms and other required documents have been completed.
If not completed a day prior to the evaluation, a message is sent to the Reception Team through Google Chat space to let them know to reach out to the caregivers.
