Adding New Client Tutorial

Watch this video to learn how to add a new client on the Claim Tracker! Make sure all the information is correct, such as the Member ID and the appropriate spelling of the client. Watch out for spelling errors or those invisible spaces! All names have to be consistent and the exact same.

Unpaid/Paid Tutorial

Type in “U” or “P” only for the appropriate client and dates. There should be no notes or other things written on there, as it will mess up the formula. “U” is for “unpaid” when the session is held on the day of. “P” is for “paid” after reimbursement.
